Pre-Sale
This is a pre-sale. Your dahlia tubers will be shipped in September/October 2026 once they have been lifted, divided, cured and are ready for planting.
Shipping
We currently ship to South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and ACT only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to WA, TAS, NT or QLD at this time.
Quality Guarantee
Every tuber is inspected before packing and is guaranteed to have at least one viable growing eye. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Thank you for supporting our small family flower farm. Every tuber is grown, divided and packed by hand with care.
Living Product
Dahlia tubers are a natural product, so size, shape and colour may vary between varieties. Cosmetic blemishes do not affect viability.
Variety Labels
Every effort is made to ensure varieties are correctly identified. However, despite careful labelling throughout the growing and dividing process, occasional misidentification can occur.
Photos
Flower photos are provided as a guide. Bloom size, colour and plant height may vary depending on growing conditions and climate.
Frequently asked questions
Ordering & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
This is a pre-sale. Orders will be shipped in September/October 2026 once our tubers have been lifted, divided, cured and are ready for planting.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland only.
Can I choose a shipping date?
Unfortunately, no. Orders are shipped as tubers become ready.
Can I add to my order after purchasing?
If your order hasn't been packed yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to combine orders but can not guarantee it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
The Tubers
What will I receive?
Each listing is for one dahlia tuber with at least one viable growing eye.
Will the tubers all look the same?
No. Dahlia tubers naturally vary in size, shape and colour. Large tubers aren't necessarily better than smaller ones.
Are your tubers guaranteed to grow?
We guarantee every tuber is healthy and has at least one viable eye when shipped. As growing conditions are outside our control, we can't guarantee performance after planting.
Are your tubers virus tested?
Our tubers are not laboratory virus tested. We practise good hygiene and inspect plants throughout the growing season, removing any that show signs of disease.
Could I receive a mislabeled variety?
We take great care to keep varieties correctly labelled from planting through to packing. However, because dahlias are propagated by hand, occasional misidentification can occur.
Why are some varieties more expensive than others?
Some varieties naturally produce fewer tubers, are newer releases or are in limited supply. Pricing reflects their availability, demand and the time required to build healthy stock.
Growing
When should I plant my tubers?
Plant once the risk of frost has passed and the soil has started to warm in your area.
Do you provide growing instructions?
Yes! Every order includes a QR code linking to our online growing guide.
Can I grow dahlias in pots?
Yes. Many varieties perform well in large pots with quality potting mix, regular watering and fertiliser.
Stock and Availability
Will sold-out varieties be restocked?
Usually not. Once a variety sells out, it has generally sold out for the season.
Is there a limit on how many I can buy?
Some varieties may have purchase limits to give more people the chance to grow them.
Rustic Harvest
Where are your dahlias grown?
All of our dahlias are grown on our flower farm in South Australia.
Do you grow all your own stock?
Yes. We grow, divide and pack every tuber ourselves here on the farm.
